Gawker's and Gizmodo's Homosexual Media Mafia Boss Nick Denton Blames Everyone but Himself

Gawker's and Gizmodo's Homosexual Media Mafia Boss Nick Denton Blames Everyone but Himself

Steve Tobak

After a federal judge refused to shield Nick Denton from personal liability in Hulk Hogan’s $140 million invasion of privacy verdict against him and Gawker Media, the founder followed his company into Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, as expected.

In a memo to employees yesterday, Denton paints himself as a paragon of journalistic integrity – the victim of a vendetta by a billionaire bully who “didn’t like the coverage,” he said. Denton was referring to Silicon Valley venture capitalist and entrepreneur Peter Thiel, who bankrolled Hogan’s lawsuit to the tune of $10 million.

Defiant to the last, Denton sounds like a virtuous hero who fought the good fight for the free speech rights of his team and journalists everywhere. I could almost picture him riding off into the sunset with his head held high. I wanted to cheer for the guy, give him a hearty pat on the back and wish him Godspeed on his journey.

Then I remembered, this is Nick Denton. Damn, the guy’s good. He almost had me going for a minute there.

Look, Denton is not some neophyte who just walked in off the street and got taken to the cleaners in a frivolous lawsuit. This was not his first bout with the legal system. He knew the risks. As I see it, in refusing repeated requests by Hogan’s people to take down the secret sex tape at the heart of the lawsuit, Denton brought this upon himself.

Gawker apparently believed that their First Amendment rights would trump Hogan’s invasion of privacy or defamation claims. And I bet their risk analysis also included a discussion of who had the bigger war chest, Gawker or Hogan? The answer, of course, would have been Gawker, had Thiel not gotten involved. Bummer.

As any savvy corporate officer who has been around the court system will tell you, a trial can go either way. If you can’t survive the downside, don’t bet the farm on winning. Don’t let your ego get away from you and write checks that reality can’t cash. Make no mistake, that’s exactly what happened here.

If I didn’t know better, I would say the memo was a load of self-indulgent nonsense by a narcissistic media mogul with more hubris than business sense. If Denton had a modicum of humility and self-awareness, he would see this enormous fiasco for what it is: an unforced error that will cost him and his company dearly.

But I think the memo has a far more practical purpose than that. More likely, it’s a desperate attempt to pump up Gawker’s valuation ahead of the bankruptcy auction slated for next month. Ziff-Davis is currently the lead bidder with $90 million on the table – a steep drop from the $250 million Gawker was said to be worth prior to the Florida jury ruling.

The problem is that nearly all of Denton’s wealth is tied up in the company. According to the Wall Street Journal, his only significant assets are his Manhattan apartment and his 30% stake in Gawker. And since the verdict has him personally on the hook for $10 million and jointly liable for another $115 million, the more Gawker sells for, the better his chances of coming out of this with some money in his pocket.

Don’t get me wrong. I have no love for Hogan or dislike for Denton or Gawker. I have no skin in this game. I don’t know if the jury got it right or if the award won’t be reduced or the verdict vacated on appeal. What rubs me the wrong way is a business leader who won’t own up to his own bad business decisions.

Rather, Denton has been all over the map about Hogan’s and Thiel’s “true motives,” making thinly veiled attempts at trying and retrying the case in the court of public opinion while painting himself as the victim and the real victim as a bully.

First he accused them of trying to bankrupt him and put Gawker out of business. Back in March, he made a convoluted, if not conspiratorial, argument that the lawsuit wasn’t about the sex video at all, but another video with racial slurs. Recently, he’s been talking up Thiel’s support for Donald Trump, presumably to appeal to the anti-Trump crowd.

I think it is all much more simple than that: What this is really about is a guy who let his oversized ego get the better of him. He bet everything he had – including his company – and lost it all. Maybe someday he’ll look in the mirror and see who really caused his demise.

Gawker’s Nick Denton Commits Suicide…

By A Friend of Nick Cook

Gawker Media’s Nick Denton has committed personal suicide by attacking both Peter Thiel and the sitting President of the United States of America: Donald Trump.

Nick Denton has filed papers charging that Peter Thiel was more than mad at Gawker Media for their attacks on him and implying that Thiel is both insane and a front for Donald Trump. Denton’s crew want all of Peter Thiel’s records exposed and they want a tracking account of all of Thiel’s communications. They also imply that Thiel had front-men try to buy Gawker under a covert front. The entire Gawker case has now been thrown for a loop.

Gizmodo bloggers have now leaked that they intend to create a rumor that “Peter Thiel rigged the election for Donald Trumnp using his Palantir company...” as a revenge program. This would emulate the rumor the DNC created about “Russian Hackers”.

This comes at a time when the IRS has increased it’s investigations of Gawker Media and Gawker’s investors.

While Denton has referenced shaving his nether-regions for the pleasures of man-sex; right now things could not get any hairier for Denton!

Talk about “Poking the bear” while, at the same time “kicking the hornet’s nest”, this latest move by Denton may only serve to prove that Denton is the one that is insane. Read More...

Gawker NY Court Tries To Put Nazi-like Squeeze on Plaintiffs in order to protect Obama & Clinton Buddies. Court Ends Up Bringing Congressional Investigation and White House Review on itself.

By Peter Sano – For The LA Times

New York- It turns out that Hillary Clinton’s best friends and financiers are running the Gawker, Gizmodo, Univision bankruptcy case ( # 16-11700 in Southern District Court). Even the Judge in the case is Hillary’s good friend, according to The New York Post. It turns out that Elon Musk is one of Hillary Clinton’s biggest political financiers. Elon Musk today used Gizmodo to attack the UAW auto workers and has previously used Gizmodo to attack multiple Plaintiffs in the Gawker Defamation, fraud and abuse cases. It turns out that in a day and age when Donald Trump’s phone calls are being hacked; poor Elon Musk has to accept the fact that phone calls and emails between Musk and Gawker giving “kill orders” against Plaintiffs are also being held by Plaintiffs.

Judge Bernstein filed some kind of notice that orders Plaintiffs to relinquish their First Amendment rights and never speak about the case, never help other Plaintiffs and never seek restitution for the horrific acts done to them. Judge Bernstein and his staff have refused to ever allow Plaintiffs to appear in, or speak in, Court because their evidence blows an epic political corruption scheme sky high. Plaintiffs distributed their evidence to every reporter in the world, in order to prevent such freedom of speech abuse, and now the Court has no option but to deal with the fall-out.

The Federal Government and the ACLU have a different message for the New York Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of New York and the staff therein: “F*CK YOU!” Says Congress, The White House, The GAO and the top human rights organizations in the world! “...You don’t get to censor the public and abuse Human Rights, Judge Bernstein!”

XP Vehicles, one of the Plaintiffs has filed a federal Complaint against the New York Courts for Constitutional Rights Violations and has personally communicated with the White House and the FBI that the Court in New York is operating a cover-up for federal campaign finance fraud crimes and violating multiple Constitutional laws.

XP Vehicles has a very large retail fan club and when those fans started sharing newspaper and Congressional investigation documents with other Plaintiffs and the Court, documents which proved that the criminal charges Plaintiffs were making were true, the Court tried to issue a Hitlerian media black-out and Fake News cover-up order to stop the information from reaching the MSM. This is against the law! No Court can order the news to be censored and no Court can order a Plaintiff removed from a case in order to protect crooked friends of the Court.

The facts are that XP Vehicles staff dated Hillary Clinton’s staff and knows Washington DC intimately. New York State is one of the only States Hillary “won” in. Elon Musk gives orders and Money to Clinton, Gawker, Gizmodo and Obama and they give Musk and his “Silicon Valley Cartel” government goodies worth hundreds of billions of dollars. Elon Musk took XP’s money and used it to make his cars. XP cars beat Tesla cars on every metric, cost 80% less, go vastly further and are massively safer than Elon Musk’s cars. Musk hates XP for this. Most of the New York Southern District Court Gawker Case opposition and Court staff are friends and financiers of Hillary Clinton. XP has stated that they have proof of an epic crime and have asked the White House for 6 hand-picked FBI agents to help deliver the evidence to Congress and various ongoing investigations. Today XP and associates testified to this before the U.S. Congress. Trillions of dollars of Obama and Clinton kick-backs are involved in this case. The 60 Minutes Episode: The Cleantech Crash, exposes a small part of the story. Elon Musk was promised huge kick-backs by Hillary Clinton.

Say XP Plaintiffs: “This is a felony-class cover-up to try to shut up public discourse and media disclosure in an epic crime. The New York Southern District Court should be ashamed of itself and the American public should let the court know what voters think of this kind of protection scheme operated by Court officials to protect dirty politicians and bribery programs!”

The Court wants to make New York a SANCTUARY CITY for Gawker, Gizmodo and Univision’s criminal corruption endeavors. The White House and Congress think that is a bad idea!

XP is awaiting a response from various subcommittees and the FBI. XP plans to file additional complaints.

Gawker, Google, Univision, Valleywag, Jalopnik, Gizmodo, etc. are all the same people running the same life-long character assassination programs against political "enemies". Payback is a bitch, though...

While Hulk Hogan walked away with a jury award of $140M+, and others walked away with nearly a million in damages payments, many of those most damaged by Gawkers attacks have not seen a dime in compensation. Gawker's DNC-biased New York bankruptcy court was helping Gawker skip out of obligations.

Now, Peter Thiel and 20 Other Gawker Victims To Bring IRS Investigations Against Nick Denton and His Staff "Forever!"

Hulk Hogan was 'humanized' by Gawker lawsuit

Hulk Hogan felt "humanized" after winning his invasion of privacy lawsuit against Gawker in 2016, according to his daughter Brooke Hogan.

The 63-year-old wrestling legend was awarded $115 million in March 2016 after he successfully sued Gawker Media for defamation, loss of privacy, and emotional pain for the company's decision in 2012 to post a clip online of a secretly recorded sex tape featuring Hulk and Heather Clem, the ex-wife of his former pal radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge.

During the legal process, Hulk's reputation was damaged when a transcript of audio from the tape was released featuring him using the 'N-word' whilst discussing a now-former boyfriend of Brooke's and he was released from his contract with WWE.

The 'Rocky III' held himself accountable for using the inappropriate language and made a public apology for saying that word back in 2007 when the tape was made, a period in Hulk's life when he had been suffering from depression in the wake of his wife Linda Hogan filing for divorce and had contemplated suicide.

Brooke, 28, admits the ordeal was very tough on her father but the case allowed the public to learn more about the situation her dad was in.

She shared: "It was very tough on him. It was very sad to see him so screwed up because I know none of us are perfect."

In the midst of the legal case, the blonde beauty reassured her father that he had earned the trust of his loyal fans after years in the spotlight, and the sex tape was not going to permanently taint his reputation.

Brooke told The Hollywood Reporter: "I said, 'Dad, no matter how crazy the press is, the public and your fans, they're not stupid. They know your heart and who you are.' "

And while Brooke has refused to specifically discuss her father's ultimate settlement with Gawker - which is rumoured to be worth $31 million - she insisted he "persevered, and always took the high road and was accountable, and I respect and honour him for that".

More recently, Hulk - whose real name is Terry Bollea - has turned his attention towards Brooke's burgeoning TV career, which has seen her become the host of the reality TV series 'The Fashion Hero'.

The Canadian produced series is currently being shopped to international buyers and the wrestling legend has even asked to be a contestant on her show.

Brooke revealed: "I said, 'Dad, you can't model,' even though he could as he models his own T-shirts. But that's enough."

But Brooke admitted her father's positive outlook has been a huge help to her throughout her life - especially during her difficult teenage years.

She explained: "I'm Italian. Most of my family is severely over-weight. It's been taxing to keep my weight under control. I also had really bad skin and I wasn't popular.

"He [Hulk] was always a horse of a different colour. He was tanned and blond and from Venice Beach. And people assumed he was a big, loud, screaming monster. But the cool thing is he used his platform for good. He knew he was impacting impressionable minds. So he told young kids to train, say your prayers and eat your vitamins."

Recent leaks and disclosures by other creditors in this case have made the entire HR records of Defendants a matter of public record and placed their life histories on public record for the rest of their lives. Since these employees and contractors of debtors sought to end the lives of many of the creditors then it seems only fair that they each testify in these matters. The following employees and staff of debtors are known to have detailed specific knowledge of the creation inside Gawker Media of the attacks on many of the creditors by and for Gawker Media and Gawker Media’s clients.

Specifically, Creditors, including our group, demand that each of those Debtor persons listed below testify to the FBI under an FBI 302 documentation FOR this Court to hold on record with an answer to each of the following questions:

1. Do you have knowledge of any Obama White House staff, Hillary Clinton campaign staff or Obama White House staff receiving any benefits from or giving any benefits to Gawker Media or any person who is a party to Gawker Media?”

2. Did you ever author an article published by Gawker Media for which you then entered comments in the comment section of that article?”

3. Did you have any knowledge of Gawker Media working with owners or executives of Google, Inc or any Google affiliate?”

4. Do you have any knowledge of Gawker Media misrepresenting the true purpose of the Gawker Media organization?”

IN ADDITION TO Hulk Hogan winning his similar kind of case, history was just made in favor of new cases against Gawker and Gizmodo's character assassinations

BOOM! Georgia Judge REFUSES to Throw out CNN’s Effort to Dismiss a Fake News Court Case, Cites “a Series of False and Defamatory News Reports”

CNN is now on the verge of being proven a fake news source by Georgia courts! CNN attempted to get the case dismissed involving Davide Carbone, CEO of St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach who accused CNN of fabricating a story about his hospital.

Federal Judge Orinda Evans

Citing a “series of false and defamatory news reports” that insinuated St. Mary’s had an infant mortality rate that was 3 times higher than the national average while ignoring information that made the Medical Center look good. The libel lawsuit against CNN seeking $30 million in damages will continue onward thanks to federal district judge Orinda Evans.

Here is CNNs Fake news report about St. Mary’s they still have on their YouTube Page.

Carbone, who actually lost his job due to the fake news reports “has presented enough evidence at this early stage of the case to suggest that CNN ‘was acting recklessly with regard to the accuracy of its reporting” according to The National Law Journal.

To make matters worse, judge Evans also found evidence of “actual malice” when insisting on reporting the Medical Center was under an official investigation, even after Florida’s Agency for Healthcare administration adamantly denied this was taking place.

Carbone’s lawyer describes the ruling as a major victory.

False and defamatory accusations against real people have serious consequences,” he said. “Neither St. Mary’s or Mr. Carbone did anything to deserve being the objects of the heinous accusation that they harmed or put babies and young children at risk for profit.”

The ruling,” he added, “serves as a well-reasoned reminder that the media, its defense lawyers, and its lobbyists do not have a corner on the market of correct interpretation and application of the First Amendment.”

Al Capone killed people, bribed politicians, ran whore houses and operated a crime syndicate, not unlike Gawker Media.

What brought Al Capone down? THE TAX DEPARTMENT!

All of Gawker’s Tax filings and records have now been published in the Gawker Bankruptcy case and the IRS is only getting started. Not only the IRS but te New York Tax Department are coming FBI-like after Gawker’s sketchy financial finagling.

Gawker ran money through so many trusts, shell companies and bizarre foreign outlets that even old Al Capone would be jealous.

Expect a long battle. The Trump White House hates Gawker for the hundreds of attacks that Gawker ran against them. Prime Clerk staff say that this “..may be a record-breaking case”.
